Jango SMTP Enhancement: You can now delete your own smtp errors

Jango SMTP recently announced a new enhancement to their smtp service. Customers can now delete their SMTP errors themselves. A new, two-step unsubscribe option for Jango SMTP

Today, Jango SMTP announced a new, two-step unsubscribe process. Jango SMTP users can now choose between:

1. A one-click unsubscribe link

2. An unsubcribe link that brings recipients to a page that asks them to confirm their desire to unsubscribe

Occassionaly, recipients accidentally click the unsubscribe link and instantly unsubscribe themselves. This new feature rectifies this issue by requiring them to confirm their desire to opt-out. This also rectifies an issue where anti-spam systems accidentally unsubscribe a user during the process where they visit every link in an email.

Jango SMTP Announces New Transactional Email Event API

Jango SMTP recently announced the launch of their new Event API. With the Event API, a number of different events can trigger a call to the users web service. This saves users the time and hassle of polling the standard API in order to synchronize with the Jango SMTP database.

New Feature from JangoSMTP: Preserve the Message-ID Header

JangoSMTP just launched a new setting. Now you can choose to preserve the original Message-ID in your email header instead of having it overwritten by the JagnoSMTP system Message-ID.

This is most beneficial to those with a customer reply mangement system who would like to tag bounces and responses with their own Message-ID.

JangoSMTP launches new API method to retrieve SMTP logs

A new API method is now available with the Jango SMTP server:

Reports_GetSMTPLog_Transactional
Returns the SMTP log session for the specified transactional email message.
