JangoSMTP recently posted specific instructions on how to track transactional emails all the way through by using a custom unique ID header.

Jango SMTP just made an upgrade that allows you to authenticate into relay.jangosmtp.net simply by using your Jango SMTP username and password. Previously, you had to set a From Address to authenticate your account. This makes it much easier for those companies that use multiple From Addresses to send through the Jango SMTP Server.
