As a customer of the service or a representative of an entity that is a customer of the service, you are a “User” according to this agreement (or “You”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) define the terms and conditions under which you are allowed to use GoGetSmtp. GoGetSmtp is an Email Relay Service.
By using GoGetSmtp, you agree that you meet all the requirements listed below and that you will not use GoGetSmtp in a way that violates any laws or regulations. GoGetSmtp may refuse service, close accounts of any user at any time.

The Terms begin when you sign up for GoGetSmtp and continue as long as you use our service. Clicking the button ‘Place order’ means that you’ve officially “signed” the Terms. If you sign up for GoGetSmtp on behalf of a company or other entity, you assure that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
GoGetSmtp may terminate or suspend your access to and use of the services if you do not comply with our Terms of Service. Once your account is terminated, we may permanently delete it and all the data associated with it. If you don’t log in to your account for 3 or more months, we may treat your account as “inactive” and permanently delete your account.
We reserve the right to change any of the Terms by posting revised Terms of Service on our website and/or by sending an email to the last email address you gave us. Unless you terminate your account within ten days, the new Terms will be effective immediately and apply to any continued or new use of GoGetSmtp. We may change the service, the pricing or any other features at any time.
You are responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You are also responsible for the use of any account that you have access to, whether or not you authorized the use. You will immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We are not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords.
This Anti-Spam Policy applies to all email and other communications generated or sent through the services provided by GoGetSmtp. By sending email through GoGetSmtp you agree to be compliant with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) protocols and won’t use GoGetSmtp in a way that violates any laws or regulations. GoGetSmtp has the right to suspend or terminate your access and use to our services if you do not comply with this policy and can’t be held responsible if you violate any laws or regulations.

All sending metrics are required to be within the GoGetSmtp Anti-Spam threshold.
List maintenance is important to stay below the Anti-Spam threshold. Correct bounce handling, send email campaigns people opt-in for and using an unsubscribe link are required to do this.
All senders need to have Opt-in. Sending to third-party lists or bought/rented lists is prohibited.
Sending email campaigns to third-party, bought or rented lists is not only illegal in most countries but also prohibited on the GoGetSmtp servers.
The sender identity (from name, from address, reply address) must be clearly communicated in every message sent.
This also includes the physical address of the company sending the email campaigns.
An unsubscribe link is obligatory in every email campaign.
Receivers must have an option to opt-out for receiving future communications.
All email campaigns should contain legitimate information.

If any of the rules listed above under Section 2 are violated, GoGetSMTP reserves the right to:
If the rule violation and spamming activity has taken place and any damage is caused to GoGetSMTP such as IP blacklisting and service disruptions, we reserve the right to request compensation or proceed with legal actions if our services cannot be continued to other customers.
