How do I set up SMTP on SMTPServer?
Sign up, add your domain in the dashboard, and copy the DNS records to your registrar. After verification, SMTP credentials appear under SMTP settings. See the domain setup guide for step-by-step DNS instructions.
Can I use SMTPServer for mass emailing?
Yes — SMTPServer is built for bulk and transactional sending. You need a domain you control and compliant list practices. Review our Terms of Service and the unlimited sending page for volume details.
I've made a purchase — what do I do now?
Add your domain, choose how many IPs to configure, and add the DNS records we provide. Once verified, your SMTP configuration is activated. Credentials are in the dashboard under SMTP settings.
Sending limits & IP warm-up
How many emails can I send?
One dedicated IP supports up to 100,000 emails per month. Add more dedicated IPs to increase capacity. Paid plans have monthly limits only — no daily caps.
What is IP warm-up?
When you add a new IP, gradually increase send volume so mailbox providers trust your reputation. Warm-up instructions are emailed with your SMTP credentials.
If I buy more than one IP, can I increase the warm-up schedule?
Technically yes, but deliverability depends on recipient domains, your domain reputation, and content quality — not just IP count. Follow the warm-up guidance for each new IP.

What are the costs?
Paid plans start at €39 per month for 100,000 emails and one dedicated IP. The free plan includes 3,000 emails per month on a shared IP. See all plans and volume pricing.
Do you have a free or trial plan?
Every new account gets a free plan automatically — up to 3,000 emails per month after domain verification. No credit card required to start.
Do I have to purchase the Email API separately?
No. SMTP and API access are included in every plan. Manage all domains and IPs from a single account with no extra API fees.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit cards, cryptocurrencies, and PayPal. Plans bill monthly on a 30-day cycle — no long-term contract required.
Is there a contract I'm required to sign?
No. All plans are month-to-month. Upgrade, downgrade, or stop anytime.
