These terms govern your use of SMTPServer's website, SMTP relay, API, and related services. By creating an account or sending email through our infrastructure, you agree to these terms.

Last updated: July 2026

1. Service description

SMTPServer provides SMTP relay, email API, analytics, and deliverability tools on a subscription basis. Features and volume limits depend on your selected plan as shown on the plans page.

2. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate registration information, keep credentials secure, and notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for all sending activity under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not send unsolicited bulk email (spam), phishing, malware, illegal content, or messages that violate applicable law. You must honor unsubscribe requests and maintain list hygiene. We may suspend accounts that harm deliverability or violate policy.

4. Billing and plans

Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled. Prices are in EUR as listed on our plans page. Upgrades and downgrades take effect per dashboard rules. Refunds follow our support policy unless otherwise required by law.

5. Deliverability and IP reputation

We monitor shared and dedicated IP reputation. You agree to follow warm-up guidance, authenticate domains (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and maintain complaint rates within industry norms. We may throttle or pause sending to protect infrastructure.

6. Availability

We target 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect delivery times.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SMTPServer is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to SMTPServer LLC in Latvia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions: contact page. See our Privacy Policy for data handling.
